The holiday home is located on the second and a half floors of the building a few steps from the small square of the picturesque small medieval village.
It is a comfortable four-room apartment with kitchen and living room on the floor and 2 rooms, one double and one twin on the upper floor accessible by an internal staircase.
The environment is furnished in rustic style and equipped with everything you need:
The living room has 2 comfortable sofas, TV and fireplace and a French window with a balcony overlooking the mountain; the kitchen has a large table with chairs, is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave oven, coffee machine, dishes and utensils and a washing machine. The bathroom has a window and has a shower and bidet.
We accept animals upon agreement with customers.
The final cleaning service is indicated in the rate, the supply of bed linen and towels are included in the price.

The “Grotta Urlante” is a gorge where the waters of the river fall into a deep whirlpool called At one end of the bridge there is an ancient fulling mill, where woolen cloths were worked and, after treatment, were placed to dry on the rustic balconies still visible on the facade. The beauty of this waterfall was mentioned in the Financial Times in 2015 thanks to the journalist Michele Tameni, author of the book “Wild swimming Italy. Discovering the most beautiful lakes, rivers, waterfalls and spas in Italy”. A paradise where the only sounds are the roar of the water that rushes between the rocks.

The theme of the Premilcuore Visitor Center is the fauna that populates the woods, clearings and waterways of the Park. Following "the trail of a wolf" you arrive in the educational laboratory where children come into contact with the reality of nature through educational games and environmental education experiences.

The Parks in the Village:
At the end of the 1930s, the pine forest under the Hospital was planted, called Parco della Rocchetta or Parco Cervetti (from the owner's surname). The park is privately owned for public use, as it is connected to the party area and the Fishing area. It is also suitable for healthy walks along the Rabbi river. Fontanalda Park is a cool oasis on the banks of the Rabbi River along the Florentine road and is an equipped picnic area with tables and barbecues both in the pine forest and along the Rabbi River bed. Adjacent to the Mulinaccio and Lastronata gorges, the park is equipped with a kiosk-bar and swimming pool.

There are numerous events in normal times, we remember the festival dedicated to the chestnut, in autumn, to its harvest and derived products. Another very popular summer event is the "Sapore di una volta" is an event that aims to promote the town of Premilcuore, its history, its traditions, typical dishes and local products through atmospheres, flavors, sounds, images and choreographies of the period, reviving uses and customs of a "not so distant" time and bringing the streets of the village back to the appearance that our grandparents saw from the beginning of the century, which remained the same until the 50s. On foot - numerous low-difficulty circular routes that allow you to immerse yourself in the vegetation and nature to discover history, traces of man and mills, paths of memory, on the trail of the wolf and in search of the monumental trees of the area.
By bike - from the center of Premilcuore various routes unravel that allow you to ride by bike those tracks and paths that the ancient inhabitants of the Apennine mountains who once lived in the settlements of which today only ruins remain, traveled on foot or on the back of a mule.
On horseback - Among the activities offered at Agriturismo Ridolla, horseback riding in a large riding school and equestrian tourism stand out. for example "Assisi on horseback" - Classic pilgrimage route on the Assisi Way, Ridolla -Assisi (The length of the route is about 300 km and can be covered in about 11 - 12 days)
